• Do you have a shop I can bring my RV to? No, we are a mobile service only. Our office is in a basement of our home. There are several RV repair shops in the area. Some of the repairs you require may be outside of our scope of service and require a shop.

  • Can you come to my house or storage location? Typically, yes. Our service rig includes a full size dually pickup and a 17 foot enclosed trailer/shop for a total length of over 45 feet. and height of 10 feet. Please let us know if parking or access to your RV might be an issue when you call to book your appointment. We have occasionally made arrangements to meet elsewhere to get your repairs completed.

  • Do you offer emergency roadside assistance? Not typically. There may be some services we can assist with such as a slideout that won’t retract when you’ve stopped at the rest area for lunch (for example). We can’t help with issues like “My RV won’t start” or “I have a flat tire”.

  • Do you work on generators? No. Generators require specific tools, certifications and parts that are not feasible for a mobile service. We do have some referrals if you give us a call.

  • Do you wash or detail RVs? No, we do have some referrals if you give us a call.

  • Do you work on the motorized portion of my RV including engines, transmissions, brakes, power train, windshields, dash instrumentation, etc? No, these are separate skills and training that our outside our expertise.

  • Do you offer training on how the systems of my RV work. Yes, this is a great way to learn how to manage and properly use your systems and appliances. See our rate page for more info or give us a call.

  • Do you move, haul or relocate RVs? No.

  • What kind of inspections do you perform. We offer a few choices for RV inspections. In the spring, several customers have us go through their systems and ensure everything is working so that they don’t have an unpleasant experience on their first trip of the year. We also offer more in-depth inspections for pre-purchase. These can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

  • What forms of payment to you accept? Cash, Check, credit or debit cards and Zelle are all OK. Payment is due at the completion of repairs. Parts orders require pre-payment.
